Big Build 2012 - 1 week, 100 volunteers, 10 homes. Join us to find out how you can help 10 families in the community of Balta Sarata, Romania build their way out of poverty.

Will you build BIG in Romania this year? During one week in October you could help 10 families in desperate need of safe, decent shelter build their way out of poverty. No skills are needed just a big heart and the determination to help transform lives!

What is Big Build?

Building 10 homes at Big Build 2012 will launch a 3 year programme helping families in the community of Balta Sarata, Romania. 2012 is the fourth year running that volunteers from across Northern Ireland have travelled to build big in Romania and this year's team will bring the first hammer come down on a Roma integration project that will deliver 50 homes over the next 3 years.

Get Involved

To take part in Big Build 2012 you will need to commit to raise £1850 per person (including £100 non-refundable deposit). This covers travel from Northern Ireland, in-country expenses and a donation to Habitat’s work.
