Belfast charity launches Summer Scheme for young people aged between 16 and 25 with physical disabilities

Belfast-based charity Autonomie is delighted to launch a unique ten day summer scheme for young people living with physical disabilities aged between 16 and 25.

Over the ten day summer scheme which runs 16th - 20th of July and 6th - 10th of August the participants can enjoy a fun-packed two weeks of adventure, games and activities. They can get creative and design their own summer scheme T-Shirt, try their hand at ten-pin bowling, cook up a storm with our sushi making class and even take a boat trip up the Lagan.

Places are strictly limited and early booking is recommended. 

 

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

Young people in Belfast and the Greater Belfast area aged between 16 and 25 living with physical disabilities and allied additional needs. 

 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ATTEND?

The cost of the Summer Scheme is £7.00 per day (£35 for the full week). If attending both weeks it costs £70. 

 

DO YOU NEED TO BRING A PACKED LUNCH?

Yes, participants should provide a packed lunch each day except for Tuesday 17th of July and Friday 10th of August. Please note: No food can be reheated due to no staff/volunteers holding Level 4 Food Handling.
