BCC Improvement Plan - public consultation

Every year, we must publish an Improvement Plan (external link) that sets out improvement actions for the year ahead. This plan doesn't include everything we'll do, but instead focuses on a small set of "improvement objectives". Fill in our short survey and tell us what you think of our proposed improvement objectives. If you feel we've missed something important or if you have any ideas about what we need to do to as part of our proposed improvements, please let us know. 

Our corporate plan (external link)sets out our priorities for 2025-2028. This is an important document as it guides what we'll do and what we'll focus on over the next three years. It also helps shape our improvement objectives, so it's important that we get it right. You can have your say now. Help shape our corporate plan, and in particular our priorities and proposed actions.
