BCC Community Support Plan 2025-2029

The Community Support Plan will set out the basis for how council provides support to local communities and residents across the city. The plan will:

• Provide a clear articulation of our community support priorities and resource allocation to deliver these priorities.
• Detail how priorities will be supported through an updated and refreshed funding programme of Community Grants for 2026-2029.
• Agree outcomes that will drive delivery of Community Support activity for 2025-2029.

We are at the early stages of developing the new plan and want to hear the views of residents, local community organisations and other stakeholders about the key priorities and workstreams that should be included in our Community Support Plan (2025-2029).
