CAUSE has been providing practical and emotional support to people dealing with mental illness for 20 years.

It is estimated that one in four people will experience mental health problems at some stage in their lives – with effects on family and carers as well.
CAUSE is a charity that is run by carers, for carers. It offers a range of support services, including training, a carer advocate scheme and social events.
