Aurion Learning are proud to announce that they have been re-accredited by the Investors in People (IIP) framework for their work in staff development and support, following a recent review by the standard's assessors.

This was the third successful review since the online learning company was first awarded the IIP standard in 2008.

Ciaran O’Hare, Director at Aurion Learning said:

“The Investors in People status is important to us as an organisation as it is a benchmark by which we measure our service levels, innovation and client satisfaction as well as staff engagement.”

The IIP assessors noted that Aurion has gained a specialist understanding of the sectors in which its business and customers operate in; effectively developing, delivering and reviewing the solutions for its wide range of clients.

Feedback also highlighted that the company has embraced a sound flexible approach to staff engagement and inclusivity, which has resulted in an effective culture of work-life balance.

The online learning company were also praised for their approach to Corporate Social Responsibility. The strategy of local community engagement embedded in the organisation, is indicative of the company’s values and culture and plays to the strengths and capabilities of staff and the organisation.

The assessment took place in November and included interviews with staff as well as various reviews of Aurion’s systems and processes.

Concluding, Ciaran added:

“I would like to thank our team for all their hard work and efforts in helping to look for ways to improve and develop the service we provide for our clients”.
