The Art of Corporate Services

VIable Corporate Services has teamed up with Young At Art to deliver back office functions so that the children’s arts charity can maintain their high quality arts service to children and young people in Northern Ireland.

The social enterprise manages and delivers Young At Art’s bookkeeping function including, payroll, invoice processing and management reporting so that the team of creatives have more time to do what they do best - run projects, performances and events that bring professional artists together with children to explore the arts.

“It can be difficult for charities to retain full-time finance posts despite their role in ensuring that organisations remain financially healthy. VIable provides us with a range of financial services and acts like a member of our team, giving us access to a team of professionals that we could not afford on our own,” said Ross Parkhill, interim Director at Young At Art.

VIable assists voluntary and community sector organisations, whether start-up charity or established organisations, manage their financial and human resources so that the core objectives of organisations can remain the primary focus.

“The arts sector in Northern Ireland is diverse, vibrant and of real value to so many people. I am delighted to be able to work in collaboration with the team at Young at Art supporting them to deliver arts and culture to children and young people throughout Northern Ireland,” added Annette Greer, Chief Executive Officer at VIable Corporate Services.

“We have a range of financial and human resources support available and can adapt what we do to suit any sector or issue. We look forward to future collaborations with arts organisations in Northern Ireland.”
