At Noon, on Wednesday 23rd January 2013, there were simultaneous launches of the report in Belfast and Dublin.  In Belfast, the report was officially launched by the Minister for Health, Edwin Poots MLA, and it was launched in Dublin by Minister of State Kathleen Lynch TD.
