Youth Support Worker (PT) 2 year fixed term

This is a new role to Children’s Heartbeat Trust, to further enhance and develop our work with young people living with congenital heart disease and their siblings. It is initially for a two-year fixed term contract, 22.5 hours per week. 

The successful candidate will support the delivery of a new youth programme for young people as well as providing support around regional events and outreach services.
