YMCA Lurgan - Youth Work Manager

YMCA Lurgan is seeking to appoint a motivated and passionate 'Youth Work Manager', to lead our forward thinking, creative and dynamic youth work team. 

The person appointed will work alongside the CEO, part time staff and volunteers to develop and manage the delivery of youth services to young people in the town. They will ensure the delivery of an agreed programme of work and will manage a team of part time staff and volunteers who support this programme.

The person will share our vision that YMCA Lurgan is a place that inspires young people, their families and the local community to flourish in body, mind and spirit, and uphold our values as a place of 'Welcome', 'Opportunity', 'Well Being' and 'Peace & Justice' for all.

YMCA Lurgan has received 'outstanding' external feedback over the past 2 years with regard to delivering effective youth work programmes that are reflective of the needs of local young people and the community. We are a dynamic team who strive at all times, to provide the best services we can, with young people being at the core of all that we do.
