Walk Marshalls - Walk for Parkinson's - Sunday 20th October 2024
Parkinsons UK Northern Ireland

We're here for people with Parkinson's, their family and carers in Northern Ireland. There are around 3880 people with the condition in Northern Ireland and we're on a mission to change attitudes, support each other and find a cure.
We are looking for 16 volunteers to help make out Walk for Parkinson's a great success. You will be volunteering as a Walk Marshall - directing people round the route, cheering them on and encouraging them on their way.
It's a fun day and you'll have a good time in historical surroundings. You'll be provided with a t-shirt, refreshments and any out-of-pocket expenses will be reimbursed.
The walk starts at 11.00am and you'll be at the venue from 9.30am to help set everything up and have a talk through on the details of the walk. The whole event will be finished by 2.00pm at the latest.
If you want to find out more please contact Morag at mchambers@parkinsons.org.uk.
We'd love to hear from you.
