As Training & Resources Manager, you’ll lead on the coordination of tutors and resources across multiple sites, manage logistics and stock, and play a key part in fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

This newly created and highly collaborative role sits at the heart of WOMEN’STEC’s delivery. As Training & Resources Manager, you will ensure that learning environments are safe, inspiring, and fully equipped to support women’s growth and confidence in non-traditional careers.You’ll lead on the coordination of tutors and resources across multiple sites, manage logistics and stock, and play a key part in fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement. From onboarding tutors to setting up outreach kits and finding smart solutions to keep things moving — your role will be critical to ensuring the smooth delivery of services that help women change their futures.This is more than a job – it’s a chance to join a purpose-led organisation and shape the future of a growing movement committed to equality and inclusion.
