Provide Tenancy Support Service to a range of clients within the South Antrim area, liaising with referral agents within the Northern Ireland Housing Executive and other key stakeholders, and ensuring delivery of person-centred, high-quality support.

Location Base:  South Antrim Area

Hours: 18.5 Hours per week (flexible)

Salary Range: £23,142 - £24,377

Starting Salary: £11,416.72

Duration: Fixed Term for 2 years

Closing date: 12 noon, 7th May 2024

Provide Tenancy Support Service to a range of clients within the South Antrim area, liaising with referral agents within the Northern Ireland Housing Executive and other key stakeholders, and ensuring delivery of person-centred, high-quality support.

 

What we ask for from you:

  • Level 2 Essential Skills in Maths and English or GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English.
  • Able to demonstrate a minimum of 3 to 6 months recent experience, providing housing support to people within the community in a paid or voluntary capacity.

OR

Demonstrate a minimum of 6 months experience of providing support in a paid or voluntary capacity in another community or care setting.

  • To be willing to work flexibly which may include days & evenings and participate in the on call rota
  • NISCC Registration or eligible to be registered from commencement of role
