TENANCY SUPPORT WORKER

 

Location:  Community based covering South Antrim Area

Hours: 18.5 hours per week

Starting Salary: £11,416.72

Duration: Fixed term contract until 31st March 2026

Closing date: 12 noon, Wednesday 18th September 2024

Provide Tenancy Support Service to a range of clients within the South Antrim area, liaising with referral agents within the Northern Ireland Housing Executive and other key stakeholders, and ensuring delivery of person-centred, high-quality support.

 

What we ask for from you:

  • Level 2 Essential Skills in Maths and English or GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English.
  • Able to demonstrate a minimum of 3 to 6 months recent experience, providing support to people with a mental illness either in a paid or voluntary position OR demonstrate a minimum of 6 months experience of providing support in a paid or voluntary capacity in another care setting.
  • To be willing to work various shifts which may include days, nights, evenings, and weekends
  • NISCC Registration or eligible to be registered from commencement of role.
