We are seeking a Temporary Payroll Admin to join our Payroll Team for a period of 1 year At least 1 years’ experience in a fast paced office environment is essential criteria

So the ability to be resilient, to communicate effectively and to utilise a variety of communication tools is essential.

 

Our dedicated staff team support individuals to learn and develop their independence skills which includes tasks such as shopping, cleaning their flat, personal care, accessing the community, budgeting, taking medication. Each staff member has something to bring to the role and we encourage staff to use their humour and sense of fun and creativity in supporting our individuals with day to day life.

 

 

Where You Would Work:  Central Office – Lisburn Road, Belfast

 

We are seeking a Payroll administrator to join our team in Praxis Care. The primary duties as a payroll admin will support in expense checking, monitoring mailbox, processing payroll tasks for new starters and leavers and organising correspondence to staff.

You will need to be computer literate and comfortable using Microsoft word, excel & outlook.

To be good with numbers and can be trusted with sensitive information. Also have great communication skills to interact with colleagues

This will a part time role for 2 days/15 hours per week. Days may alternate each week dependent on payroll schedule, would provide rota in advance
