We are a Housing Association in North Belfast providing affordable quality housing to those in need. We have recently expanded our operations across Northern Ireland to over 1100 properties and we currently employ over 40 staff. We wish to recruit suitably qualified person as a Temporary Housing Officer to cover maternity leave for approximately one year.
Reporting to the Housing Manager, the jobholder will ensure the effective and efficient delivery of housing management operation including allocations, rent and void management, antisocial behaviour and assist the Association to achieve its core aims and objectives.
The position will offer the following:
