General admin duties. Perform reception duties, including operating the phone system, greeting visitors, maintaining and tidy communal areas.

General Admin and reception duties. 

Manage petty cash, record transcations and organise withdrawls. Assit with scheduling Personal Assistant workers and maintenance service, ensuring timetables and records are up-to-date. 

Handle invoicing and reconciling against scheduling for personal assistants and maintenance services. Manage income records, including shop and maintenance payments and oversee cah and cheque payments. 

Support administrative tasks for project delivery across departments. Adhere to organisational policies, including safeguarding and health and safety and perform other duties as direct by the Chief Executive Officer.
