Staff Nurse - Hospice at Home

Post: Staff Nurse – Hospice at Home (Belfast, South-Eastern & Northern Health and Social Care Trusts)
Department: Hospice at Home
Reports to: Hospice at Home Co-ordinator
Responsible to: Head of Adult Hospice Community Services
Band: Based on Band 5 (£26,965 pa pro-rata/£13.79 per hour)
Hours: Bank
Role
To provide support and respite care for patients and families in their own home. To deliver high quality nursing care to patients with palliative care needs by implementing and evaluating individualised care plans.
