The Sport for Development Facilitator will play a key role in delivering this mission by designing and implementing impactful programmes that use sport to inspire and empower individuals and communities. These programmes aim to engage children, young people, older people and underrepresented groups across Northern Ireland. CSN programmes are delivered across various settings, including schools, community groups, and Department of Justice facilities, ensuring inclusive access to sport for development initiatives.
Key responsibilities of the role include delivering programmes, maintaining effective monitoring and evaluation systems, building partnerships with delivery organisations, and promoting CSN’s work to external stakeholders. The Facilitator will also handle operational tasks such as maintaining calendars, managing expenses, and meeting performance targets aligned with CSN’s strategic goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sport delivery, particularly in engaging diverse groups. They should have a creative, flexible approach to programme adaptation and excellent communication and organisational skills. This is a dynamic and rewarding role for someone who is enthusiastic about making a difference through sport, contributing to CSN’s vision of creating healthier, more inclusive communities.
