This will be in line with the NI Youth Work Curriculum. Supporting the Programme Manager to successfully deliver projects that support us to achieve our strategic and operational objectives.

Main Purpose of the Post

Managing and Developing a Range of High-Quality Youth Work Programmes with Bytes and Member Groups

Developing Staff and Volunteers Across Bytes and Member Groups

Working with Agencies to Develop Services for Bytes and Member Groups

Leading Project Development and Implementation Across Bytes and Member Groups

Team Management Responsibility for Staff and Volunteers
