What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a Registered Manager with an understanding of Positive Behaviour Support and passion for coaching and leadership.
We want to hear from people who share our passion! To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
Essential Criteria
To apply for this role, you MUST have:

One of the following qualifications and associated level of experience:
-
A QCF Level 5 diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services (Adults’ Management) Wales and Northern Ireland and be registered, or be eligible for registration on appointment, on the appropriate part of the NISCC register, without condition AND have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a health and social care setting.

A professional social work qualification and be registered, or be eligible for registration on appointment, on the appropriate part of the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC) register without condition AND have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a health and social care setting.

Be a first level registered nurse on an appropriate part of the Nursing and Midwifery Council AND have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a health and social care setting.

Be an allied health professional registered with the Health Professions Council AND have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a health and social care setting.

At least 3 years’ relevant experience in an operational management capacity1 in a health and social care setting, including the supervision of staff and financial / resource oversight.

At least 3 years’ experience in managing the implementation of Positive Behaviour Support within an operational setting.

At least 1 years' experience of implementing trauma informed practice within an operational setting.

Full driving licence and access to a car which is insured for business use. Consideration will be given to those applicants unable to drive due to a disability.
Desirable Criteria
