Shop Volunteer - Andersonstown Road

Who can volunteer?
We welcome anyone aged 18 and over – whether you’re:

• Retired and want to stay active and social (many of our volunteers are!)

• A job seeker looking to gain retail experience or build your CV

• Someone with spare time who wants to get involved in something meaningful

• Easing back into the workplace after illness, raising a family, or caring for a loved one

What will I be doing?
There’s something for everyone! Tasks can include:

• Operating the till and providing friendly customer service

• Tidying and keeping the shop floor looking great

• Receiving, sorting, and pricing stock donations

• Creating window displays

• Preparing items for sale

Do I need experience?
Not at all! We’ll give you full training and support. It’s a bonus if you:

• Enjoy meeting and helping people

• Want to make a real difference

• Have an interest in charity shops or retail
