
Funded through the Special EU Programmes Body, the project is led by Mencap NI, with delivery partners across Northern Ireland, including Access Employment Limited (AEL), Bardic Educational Arts and Media (BEAM), Compass Advocacy Network (CAN), incredABLE, and Volunteer Now.
Salary: £12.47 per hour
Hours of Employment: Sessional hours to be negotiated in line with availability and need.
Contract of Employment: Fixed term for 3 years (with possible extension subject to funding).
Location: NI wide programme with primary office base in Belfast. Other bases are in Enniskillen and Newry. Staff will be required to support the work of the organisation across all of its areas. A hybrid working policy is in place to facilitate home working as part of this post.
Applicants will have a relevant qualification minimum of OCN level 2 in youth work or 2 years’ experience in supporting young people within the last 5 years.
