We have opportunities at our Windermere Supported Living Service in Lisburn:

Senior Support Worker

30 hours per week

Varied shift pattern

•  £18,880- £19,909 per annum pro rata (based on 37.5 hour contract)

You will:

• Support people to live the lives they want in their own homes
• Work in a team to deliversupport on a 24 hour shift schedule
• Take part in Person Centred Supervision and Appraisal with Line Manager and carrythese out with Support Workers
• Take responsibility as "Shift Leader" offering advice / guidance to other staff as required

You will have

• At least 2 years' experience of supporting people within a social care setting
• Experience of:
  -assessment, development and implementation of Person Centred Care / Support Plans
  -using behaviour management strategies
  -assessing/managing risk
• Possession of a full driving licence*
