Senior Support Worker Level 2 

📍 Location: Coleraine 
💰 Salary: Up to £26,396 
⏳ Hours: 37.5 hours per week 
📅 Contract Type: Permanent

About the Role 

At Positive Futures, we support people with learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and autism, helping them live fulfilling and independent lives. 

 As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll be at the heart of this mission, providing essential support and making a real impact.

✅ Providing Person Centred Support  
✅ Supporting people to be safe and healthy 
✅ Supporting independence, social and communication skills  
✅ Administration and Monitoring 

What We’re Looking For 

We want to hear from people who share our passion! To be successful in this role, you’ll need: 

Essential Criteria 
To apply for this role, you MUST have:  

1. 6 months paid experience of supporting people in a social care setting with a learning/physical disability and/or autism and/or acquired brain injury/ neurological disorders.   

Desirable Criteria 
To apply for this role, we would also LIKE YOU to have:  

1. Previous experience using a person centered support plan to support someone with a learning disability, acquired brain injury or autism within a health and social care or community setting  

2. QCF / NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent*
