Northern Ireland Hospice is on the lookout for a vibrant and dynamic individual to join our team as a Retail Support Manager!
 

This role is to support revenue generation across the NI Hospice Retail portfolio, to support new shop openings and existing shop refurbishments, recruitment, induction and team development. The post holder will be flexible to travel across Northern Ireland and will be use their expertise to ensure that all Retail opportunities are maximised.

Salary:                            
£26,279 to £28,122 per annum

Whilst the full salary range is advertised, our approach to starting salaries is generally to appoint at the lower end of the range.  This ensures that pay progression steps are available to reward our colleagues annually based on their contribution to excellence and alignment to our values and behaviours.


Location:
Based in Antrim Road, Belfast but will cover NI Hospice Retail Portfolio
