Receptionist / Administrator
Community Advice Newry, Mourne and Down

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in office software, and a keen attention to detail to ensure smooth operations within the office environment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome clients with empathy and understanding ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and direct phone calls with appropriate phone etiquette, taking messages when necessary.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for appointments.
- Maintain an organised reception area/interview rooms, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Utilise Google Suite for document creation and management
- Support administrative tasks as required, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.) is essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a focus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service.

Salary: £12 per hour
