Our organisation is currently looking for a professional and responsible individual to fill the role of Property Manager across our services in Northern Ireland. The Property Manager will have responsibility for coordinating with the NI Head of Property to oversee our approach to property acquisition, development, conversion, maintenance, lease and tenancy agreement management across Northern Ireland.

Salary Details:

 

 

Property Manager

 

Full Time (37.5 Hours per week)

 

£29,752.68 - £39,100.68

 

 

 

 

* Salary dependent on qualification/experience.

 

To be considered for this role you must meet the essential criteria, which includes;

· Bachelor’s Degree in Property Management, Surveying or other suitable construction/property degree

· More than 3 years’ experience in property management

· Full valid driving licence on application and access to own transport on appointment (if disability precludes an individual from holding a driver’s licence, it should be stated how they can meet the mobility requirement)
