Project Coordinator for the Columba Journey Project - As part of the PEACEPLUS DCSDC 'Building Peaceful and Thriving Communities' Programme Churches Trust are now recruiting for a full-time fixed-term project coordinator (37.5 hours pw) - Salary £29,663.

Purpose and function of post:

  • To coordinate the Churches Trust’s Columba Journey Project an Interfaith / Inter-church community-based education and heritage project, under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring that project outcomes and outputs are delivered according to funders’ expectations across all activities.
  • Assist in identifying and supporting the development of interfaith / inter-church community-based education opportunities across the Northwest.

More Information

We are looking for someone with commitment and drive and will have the following: 

A minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience. 

A relevant qualification (Minimum level IV) e.g. Community Development / Education / Project Management / Good Relations

Experience of cross-community, cross-border community relations and good relations work.

Staff / volunteer management.

Proven ability to manage / deliver projects including evaluation, monitoring, and progress reporting.
