 37hrs per week (Mon-Fri, flexi hours available)

Salary £36,234.89 per annum

A bit about the role

At Clanmil, we are here to provide homes for people to live well.  As Planned Services Officer, you will play an essential support role to help us achieve this. As Planned Service Officer you will oversee great customer experience to our customers as part of Clanmil’s service obligations and ensuring the Association meets all its service obligations.

A bit about you

A building/construction qualification HNC (or equivalent) AND two years recent experience in a service delivery/housing maintenance environment is essential.

Exceptional candidates who do not meet the qualification requirements but have 4 years’ experience in a service delivery/housing maintenance environment should also consider applying.
