Performance and Development Officer

Due to an internal job move, we are delighted to be recruiting for a Performance & Development Officer to join the Performance and Development Team.

Sitting within the overall HR & OD function, this position will align with Inspire Disability Services and support the full breadth of departmental responsibilities including; Learning & Development, Induction, Professional Registrations, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Wellbeing.

Salary: £23,246.30 -£27,223.88 per annum
