Job Purpose:
We’re looking for a dynamic and approachable Office Co-ordinator to be the face and backbone of our office!
You’ll be the go-to person for everything from greeting visitors with a smile to providing vital administrative support for our Health & Safety Manager and HR team. Whether you’re organizing events, managing schedules, or ensuring the smooth running of the office, you’ll be at the heart of our operations. This is a varied and fun role that will suit a proactive all-rounder with strong communication skills and a can-do attitude!
Key responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Provide admin support to the Health & Safety and HR departments, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Organise internal functions, team meetings, and office events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Handle general office duties such as managing supplies, answering calls, and coordinating office maintenance. Assist with updating records and supporting compliance needs as directed by the H&S and HR teams.
Criteria:
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Work well as part of a Team
- Customer Service focused & detail oriented
