To provide top-notch administrative support across the theatre, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Duties
Your primary focus will be providing admin support to our Senior Producer and Programming and Producing teams, but you’ll also flex across other departments, waving your magic admin wand depending on what's happening in the theatre. - Provide admin support for a variety of departments across all stages of production timeline
- Collate, format, print and distribute paperwork for productions
- Facilitate room bookings and setup
- Manage diaries for team meetings and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate archive details
- Enter data and collate reports
Essential Criteria
1. A minimum of six months of experience providing administrative support in a busy, fast-paced environment.
2. Grade C or Grade 4 in GCSE English and Mathematics, or equivalent qualification.
3. Demonstrably IT literate with experience of working with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Experience in successfully prioritizing multiple time-sensitive tasks efficiently.
Desirable Criteria
If a large number of applicants meet the Essential Criteria, the following Desirable Criteria may be applied to shortlist for interview:
1. Experience working in a small to medium organization (approximately 150 employees or fewer).
2. Experience working in the charity or arts sector.
3. Business Administration qualification.
