Hours: 37 hours

Tenure: Fixed Term to 26 September 2026 (Maternity Cover)

Salary: NJC Scale 6, Point 18 - 22 (£30,559 - £32,654) per annum pro rata

The role

The Office and Support Services Team Leader will manage the administration team and establish and maintain administrative and financial support for the SureStart Project.

As Team Leader of the project administration team they are responsible for the efficient day to day operation of the SureStart office, and any other support service as identified by the Project.

Essential criteria

At the closing date applicants, must have:

1. Two “A” Levels at Grade C or above or equivalent.

2. Competency in the use of Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook and Word.

3. Two years’ experience working in an office environment dealing with finances.

4. Experience of providing administrative support within a busy and fast paced office environment to multiple teams

Desirable criteria

1. A degree in a relevant subject area.

2. One year’s experience of line management of staff.
