Armagh Rural Transport Ltd provides Door-to-Door and Group Hire Transport services to individuals and group members residing in County Armagh. The company which is based in Armagh invites applications for post of an Office Administrator.

Summary of main responsibilities 

  • to provide administrative  support to the Project Officer and to the Management Committee where appropriate. 
  • to provide financial support for the day to day running of the office.
  • to assist with the efficient running and administration of the office.
  • to assist in the development and delivery of the DAL, DATS & GH services.

Criteria 

  • 5 GCSEs to include English and Maths
  • knowledge of Microsoft packages 
  • previous knowledge of having worked in an administrative would be an advantage.
