North-South PEACEPLUS Youth ImPact Programme Officer
National Youth Council of Ireland (NYCI)

Work in collaboration with the North-South PEACEPLUS Programme Manager and other Youth ImPact team members in partner organisations, to ensure the successful implementation of the Youth ImPact Quality and Impact Body workplan.
Serve as the main contact for a specific group of PEACEPLUS Youth Programme delivery agents, offering ongoing remote, in person and on-site support, including
- Determining delivery agent specific training and support needs;
- Co-designing development plans;
- Co-ordinating partnership specific development support sessions.
As part of the cross-partnership Youth Impact team, plan, design, promote, co-ordinate, deliver, monitor, evaluate, report on and account for, a suite of thematic and tailored training and support workshops, seminars and events for PEACEPLUS Youth Programme delivery agents, their partner organisations and workers.
Researching themes and staying abreast of best practice models in the core PEACEPLUS Youth Programme areas of good relations, personal development, citizenship, employability and progression/pathways with and for young people.
As part of the cross-partnership Youth Impact team, distil, share and promote best practice and learning from the PEACEPLUS Youth Programme across delivery agents and with external stakeholders.
Lead on the development and implementation of the Youth ImPact Young Voices initiative.
Project Administration:
- Administration as related to the delivery of project.
- Record keeping, collating and analysing data, and report writing.
- Participate in group/team meetings and provide regular update reports.
Contribute to the development of the North-South PEACEPLUS project strategic goals in line with NCYI’s Strategic Plan.
Any other tasks as requested by the Line Manager.
