Full Time Permanent: 37 hours per week

Salary: £26,832 - £35,786 pa. Starting salary normally minimum of pay range

Details: Barnardo’s is seeking to employ an experienced manager to support the CSM in leading the Leaving Care team across the Northern Trust area based in Grove Road, Ballymena.

With a focus on promoting independence and respect for the needs and circumstances of young people leaving care and those experiencing homelessness, you will have excellent management and leadership skills and the ability to support staff and volunteers to reach those often difficult to reach young people.

Leaving Care Project is a 24 hour service and works 365 days per year. The Service operates a rotational rota system and some evening and weekend work will be required.
