MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS ASSISTANT

Based at Head Office, Belfast

 37hrs per week

Salary £23,088- £25,105 per annum

A bit about the role

At Clanmil, we are here to provide homes for people to live well.  As Maintenance Contracts Assistant, you will play an essential support role to help us achieve this.  You will provide friendly and pro-active administrative support in your department. Using your organisation skills, you will make sure an efficient and accurate service is provided.  On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for assisting in the recovery of charges and claims as well as processing invoices from our contractors.

A bit about you

You will have a minimum of two years technical and administration experience a busy office environment and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and Outlook, demonstrated by way of example on the application form.
