The Linen Hall Library is seeking to employ a full-time Library Assistant on a temporary basis until 31st May 2025. Hours of work will be 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9.30-17.30.

Under the direction of the Senior Library Assistant, the Library Assistant will assist in all aspects of the day to day running of the General Lending and Irish & Reference departments. See below job description for duties commensurate with the role, and essential and desirable criteria.

Applicants should note this role involves retrieval, handling and shelving of materials, and the ability to undertake safe manual handling is essential.
