LANDLORD HELPLINE CO-ORDINATOR   

Part-Time (hours negotiable within the range of 22-30 hrs per week) 

REF: LLHC/0920  

Salary Scale EO1:   £27,845 - £28,730 pro rata 

We are seeking applicants for the post of Landlord Helpline Co-ordinator.  

The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating and ensuring the effective and efficient day to day operation of the Landlord Advice Helpline.  

You will also be responsible for assisting in the provision of specialist, comprehensive, holistic advice and support to registered Landlords, prospective Landlords and relevant agents.
