Salary: Grade 5 salary scale: £23,630 - £30,109 per annum 
Hours: 40 standard hours (including breaks) (Flexibility Required)
Contract Status: Permanent
Location: Mid Ulster​

About the service: Our Multi-Disciplinary Homeless Support Team specialises in addressing a range of complex needs, encompassing mental health, substance misuse, physical health issues, criminal justice backgrounds, learning disabilities, and family-related challenges.​
