INCOME RECOVERY OFFICER

 37hrs per week

Salary £30,758 - £34,701 per annum (Fixed Term 1 Year)

A bit about the role

At Clanmil, we are here to provide homes for people to live well.  As Income Recovery Officer, you will play an essential support role to help us achieve this.  You will provide friendly and pro-active administrative support in your department. Using your organisation skills, you will make sure an efficient and accurate service is provided.  On a day-to-day basis you will provide an efficient administration service for current/past tenant arrears and credits at all stages of the process for Clanmil.

A bit about you

You will have a minimum of 18 months administration experience in a busy office environment.

busy office environment and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and Outlook.  Experience in front line customer service to include dealing with customer enquiries and experience of debt / arrears recovery or credit control
