HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (Ref: HRM0325) - to manage and be accountable for all people-centred activities within a modern and growing social care organisation with sites in Bangor and Belfast.
Salary: £42,000 per annum starting, rising to £44,000 on successful completion of Probation
Hours: Office based, 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday with flexibility to work additional hours when authorised and necessitated by the business.
Contract: Permanent
In addition, HARMONI will be able to offer the successful postholders additional benefits to be confirmed.
