About you:

We’re seeking a strong HR Business Partner to join our HR team and make a tangible impact on our colleagues, customers and organisation.

The role is generalist in nature covering the full remit of the HR Business Partner including employee relations, absence management, recruitment and learning and development. You will have sound experience gained in a similar HR role, but it is also about having the right attitude including an affinity with our social purpose, values, a curious and open mindset, and a passion for people.

Your responsibilities:

The JD sets out most tasks, but it includes: -

• Providing HR guidance and advice to line management in respect of absence management, disciplinary, grievance and performance management
• Create and promote a positive culture in line with our social purpose and values
• Partner with line managers in effectively managing and leading their teams and create accountability through constructive challenge and an assertive approach to influence decision making
• Proactively identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
• Design & deliver training
• Support and advise colleagues in all staff related matters including all core HR topics.

You will be part of a fun and friendly HR team. It is a hybrid role where you may work from home for 2 days a week and the other mainly in Belfast City Centre with occasional travel.
