Housing Advisor

New Job opportunities:

• 1x Fixed-term maternity cover position available. This position is full-time and based in Ballymoney Central Office. This FTC is expected to end September 2025 if no further extensions are available. 
• ​​​Competitive rate of pay with salary Band 3 (Level 1 - 4)  £24,695 - £25,853 per annum  
• 21 days annual leave rising to 25 and 28 after qualifying length of service plus 12 statutory holidays

The Housing Advisor will act as the first point of contact when tenants and other customers contact the housing management team and deal with initial inquiries. The post holder will also provide administrative support to the Housing Manager and a team of housing officers.
