Historic Environment Policy and Projects Officer (Job share)

This key role will assist in NIEL’s programmes around Historic Environment, including:
- provision of secretarial duties to working groups;
- assist in the co-ordination of the Historic Environment Stakeholder group meetings;
- co-ordinate production of consultation responses, briefings, position statements, press releases and other materials in partnership with NIEL members and other Historic Environment partners.
This is a fixed term position funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund through its ‘Covid Recovery Employment and Skills Initiative for Heritage’, until August 2025.
This role is part of a job share arrangement. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with another part-time employee to fulfil the responsibilities of a full-time role.
The Historic Environment Policy and Project Officer will be responsible to the NIEL Senior Policy Officer.
Grade Equivalent to NICS Executive Officer 2 £27,670 pro rata
