Health Improvement Practitioner - Take 5 Programme Coordinator

This post supports the implementation of the Take 5 Steps to Wellbeing approach to promote mental health and emotional wellbeing in the Belfast area. The post holder will be responsible for coordination and delivery of initiatives promoting Take 5 across a range of settings in Belfast. They will build and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders including schools and organisations in the community and voluntary sector. The role will focus on supporting the delivery of Take 5 messages, programmes and events in school and community settings.
