The Churches Trust wishes to recruit a Health Equalities Coordinator (30 hours per week). You will assist our Community Relations Manager deliver on our Health Inequalities Strategy. Salary £26,000 Applications due by 2.00 pm, Tuesday 13th August, 2024.
Purpose and function of post:
- To support Community Relations Manager on the implementation of the Health Inequalities Strategy.
- To coordinate low intervention care services to older people, and Maintenance /Handyperson service.
- To coordinate the Churches’ Trust response to addressing food poverty.
- To manage and deliver standalone projects that aim to improve heath and wellbeing for participants.
- To further the mission of the Churches’ Trust by providing effective and timely administrative support and services coordination.

We are looking for someone with:
- A minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience.
- A relevant qualification (Minimum level IV) eg Community Development / Health Promotion/ Community Heath & Wellbeing or similar discipline
- Staff / volunteer management.
- Proven ability to manage/ deliver projects including evaluation, monitoring, and progress reporting.
