Health and Wellbeing Support Worker

Role To source and support young people experiencing difficulties, social isolation, loneliness and associated mental ill health or issues preventing them from maximising their potential. To support them to access a wide range of meaningful social, leisure and recreational activities that improve health & well-being, increase self-confidence and develop communication and social skills. Hours 35 per week. (Flexibility required to meet the needs of the young people and the range of social, leisure and recreational activities of the programme)
