Middletown Centre for Autism is now seeking a Head of Finance and Corporate Services.

Permanent, Full time Position

Salary:  £68,436 - £71,662 (SCP 58–61), plus benefits

Location: Middletown, County Armagh, Northern Ireland / Hybrid

 

About the Role

Middletown Centre for Autism promotes excellence in the development and coordination of education services to autistic children and young people and has a remit across the island of Ireland.

In this pivotal role, you will shape the operational framework that supports our mission to promote excellence in autism education across the island of Ireland.  This is your opportunity to lead a multi-disciplinary team across Finance, HR, IT, Governance, and more in a thriving cross-border organisation recognised internationally for innovation and expertise.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following, by the closing date:

  1. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (or equivalent).
  2. Membership in a recognized professional accounting body (e.g., CAI, ACCA, CIMA).
  3. At least three years' senior management experience* with a proven track record in financial and HR management, strategy development, and delivering complex programs.
  4. Proficiency in corporate governance, risk management, and business planning frameworks.
  5. Excellent communication skills (oral and written), with experience presenting to boards or similar audiences.
  6. Access to transport for travel across Ireland and the UK.

*The following additional clarification is provided: Senior management is defined as a manager who reports to the Chief Executive, Board or a Director.
